Bellmonte is a luxury residence designed by Lykke Architecture Studio, where contemporary architecture meets the natural beauty of Kerala’s highlands. Located in Kattappana, this 4,200 sq.ft. home is thoughtfully crafted to provide a refined living experience through spacious interiors, abundant natural light, and a seamless connection to the outdoors.
The design is defined by its layered pitched roofs, exposed concrete, natural stone, warm wooden accents, and handcrafted breeze block screens. Together, these elements create a timeless architectural expression that balances elegance, functionality, and climate-responsive design.
Every space within Bellmonte has been planned to enhance privacy, comfort, and everyday living. Landscaped courtyards, generous openings, and naturally ventilated interiors promote a calm and inviting atmosphere while strengthening the relationship between architecture and nature.
As a luxury residence, Bellmonte reflects Lykke Architecture Studio’s commitment to creating bespoke homes that are modern, contextually inspired, and built to stand the test of time. The project showcases a harmonious blend of contemporary design, premium materials, and sustainable architectural principles, resulting in a home that is both sophisticated and enduring.
